Mr. Chan Yik Chung Benny has over 10 years of experience in wealth management, venture capital investment, and business development particularly in the fields of I.T., ESG and blockchain technology. Currently, Benny is the CEO of Think Technology Solutions Limited and the Partner of Flair Capital.
Benny’s journey began at Hang Seng Bank in 2012 where he gained various banking and wealth management experience. He is proficient in a diverse range of financial products, including funds, bonds, stocks, ELIs (Equity Linked Investments), and insurance. His expertise in these areas has enabled him to offer tailored financial solutions to high net worth clients. Between 2012 and 2020, Benny has accumulated extensive experience from his tenure at esteemed institutions such as Hang Seng Bank, Citibank, and Bank of China.
In 2020, Benny left banking industry. By leveraging his high net worth and investor network he accumulated during his time with various banks, Benny established Flair Capital, a boutique investment and advisory company with a special focus on providing venture capital advisory services and fund raising support to up-and-coming technology-focused start-ups.
In addition to venture capital, Benny is also the CEO of Think Technology Solutions Limited, a company principally engaged in the provision of information technology solutions including IT support services, infrastructure, network building and customized IT solutions to enterprises in Hong Kong and the Asian region.

Andy Chan is an entrepreneur, intrapreneur and investor with expertise in ESG business transformation, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He studied his master's degree (Research) in Business Transformation from the University of Warwick, UK. During his studies, he conducted research in the field of "Business model transformation driven by ESG Compliance" and published his paper in the "Lille Business Model Conference, France". He gained experience in business consultancy and transformation with UK companies in the Warwick Accelerator Team, helping them link to VC & PE networks, align services to the demand of large businesses, and develop growth strategies.
Currently, Andy is the Partner of Flair Capital, CSO of Union Services & Registrars Inc. and the CEO of THINK ESG Limited, which is the Sustainability Development arm of Union Services & Registrars Inc. The company's mission is to assist listed or pre-IPO companies to formulate ESG strategies and follow through with integrated and investment advisory solutions for them to increase profitability, enhance brand value, and capture growth opportunities from the global movement against climate change.
Andy has earned Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, Certified ESG Planner (CEP®) from the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD) and EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®). In addition to his professional certification, Andy is also a Programme Advisor of World Green Organisation, participating as a Committee Member of the WGO & UNESCAP Sustainable Investing and ESG Conference, Committee Vice Chairman & Mentor of the WGO ESG Accelerator (a Cyberport Hong Kong qualified accelerator support programme), Steward Member of Council for Inclusive Capitalism and Young Directors in HKIOD (The Hong Kong Institute of Directors).
Andy is a Co-opt Member of the Sub-committee on Youth and Capacity Building under the Council for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development (HKSAR).
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK, followed by audit experience in Ernst & Young, and corporate finance and private equity investment experience with Standard Chartered Bank, Clement has taken full financial leadership roles in listed and private companies across a wide spectrum of industries. As CFOs, Clement has been working with entrepreneurs and boards of directors, offering insights, strategies and execution capabilities to drive changes and growth, for which US$2 billion has been raised in aggregate.
Clement led IPOs successfully in the capacities of investment banker and corporate CFO. He raised funds from channels including ECM, DCM, PE and banks, catering to specific needs and growth strategies. Clement implemented ERPs in companies of different industries, strengthening governance and control. He supervised and coached sizeable accounting and finance teams regionally.
As the CFO of Flair Capital, Clement is in charge of investment assessment, post investment monitoring, as well as offering strategic inputs to the investee companies.
